Posture Lesson
Step 1
Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart; then bend from the waist forward, keeping the spine straight.
Step 2
Flex the knees slightly for better balance and make sure the weight is more towards the balls of the feet.
Step 3
The head should be slightly up with the chin clear of the chest, to allow the shoulders to turn more freely.
Step 4
The hands and arms should hang freely to ensure less tension during the address position. As a general rule, the but of the club should be no more than the width span of your hand from the inside of your left leg.
